WIAW Sugar Free Style

Did you guys enjoy Lisa’s “ice cream” recipe yesterday? It’s definitely something to try if you’ve never made banana soft serve!

Anyways, we wanted to share what we ate yesterday on our second day of our Sugar Free Challenge. We’re on a roll so far and are excited to stay sugar free for 25 more days!

Thanks to Jenn for putting the WIAW series together and hosting it each week on her site! SO many bloggers participate in it each week and it’s always fun to see the many different things we all eat. Check out her site to learn more about WIAW and see what all the other lovely bloggers ate!

You ladies sure do know how to eat well!!
I think the best thing I ate yesterday was my avocado ice cream—it worked!!! I’m going to post it tomorrow I think…but it’s so wonderful and thick and creamy (I made it chocolate)…so thank you for inspiring me with your banana soft serve!

It wasn’t very sweet, but still good with the burst of blueberries.

I love seeing your sguar free WIAW! I eat a lot of the same {minus the meats}! I am definitely trying this along with you girls. So far so good! Easy when you have so many yummy sugar free recipes!

You used liquid stevia? Please share details! I tried stevia once and didn’t like it, but I’m pretty positive that it was because I used way too much (measured cup for cup which is a huge no-no). Anyway, I haven’t gone back and tried it again so I’m not sure exactly how to use stevia.
